Wellbeing throughout pregnancy is of paramount importance but there is so much conflicting information out there regarding what is and isn't safe to do!
I have a wealth of experience coaching women before, during and after pregnancy. My Pre and Post-Natal Exercise qualification means that I'm better able to advise you how, what and when you can safely exercise through all stages of pregnancy. Your body may be changing but that simply means we make adaptions too!
As a mother to two young children (ages 2 & 5) I have experienced first hand the benefits and challenges of exercising both during and post-pregnancy. I love helping women navigate this special time and help them to feel their best throughout their journey into motherhood.
I offer one-to-one pre and postnatal health and fitness coaching at either Gymset in Clifton Village (Bristol) on Thursdays or from my garden in Kington Langley (North Wiltshire) on Fridays.
Home visits are available in both locations too.
