I HAD 8 WEEKS TO GET FIT FOR A SKI HOLIDAY & EMMA WHIPPED ME INTO SHAPE QUICKLY. HER EXPERIENCE IN SNOW SPORTS WAS SO HELPFUL. I'M SEDENTARY AT WORK BUT MANAGED A FULL 10 DAY, INJURY-FREE HOLIDAY. REALLY ENJOYED HER USE OF CIRCUITS AS PART OF THE ENDURANCE-BASED TRAINING.
