I have a wealth of experience coaching women before, during and after pregnancy. My Pre and Post-Natal Exercise qualification means that I'm able to advise you how, what and when you can safely train at all stages of pregnancy. Just because your body is changing, this doesn't mean that you should significantly change or stop exercising! As a new mother myself, I have experienced first hand both the struggles and benefits of exercising during and post-pregnancy. I love helping women navigate this wonderful time and help them to feel their best along their journey into motherhood.
